Rice milkshake , Belgian and thyme

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 50 grams of Belgian endive
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • 1 pinch of pepper



Wash and chop the endives, then put it in the bell of the blender with all other ingredients, blend until mixture is smooth, pour into two glasses.

This drink contains bitter principles that purifying thyme and pepper together, favor the acceleration of metabolism.

Drink one a day for a month and you will get fantastic results.
