Turkey breast in an almond crust

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 turkey breasts
  • 100 grams of bread sticks
  • 100 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 40 grams of white flour
  • 1 egg
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt


Break up the bread sticks and chop finely in a mixer not too with sliced ​​almonds, transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl and add salt.

Pass the turkey breasts in beaten egg, then in the flour, then egg and finally in the back made ​​of sticks and almonds prepared.

Prepare a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and cook the fillets 5 minutes per side.
