Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 grams of white flour “00”
- 120 g of potatoes
- 100ml milk
- ½ cube of yeast
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with milk, add the flour, extra virgin olive oil previously boiled and mashed, stir and transfer the dough on a pastry board and work to obtain a homogeneous mixture, form a ball, cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for about an hour.
Roll out the dough, ricavatene of small cylinders, cut into small pieces and form small disks of about 8 cm in diameter, place them in a pan lined with parchment paper and let rise for another 10 minutes. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
