Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 oranges
- 1 onion
- 1 shallot
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- some mint leaves
- olives to taste
Wash and dry the oranges, cut into thin slices and arrange on 4 individual plates as a base.
Finely chop onion and shallot them, pitted olives and chop them also, sprinkle with chopped oranges obtained, salt and pepper, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and decorated with mint leaves.
The’insalata can be enriched by adding chopped anchovy fillets, if you like this release, do not add salt.
