Ingredients for 4 people:
4 fillets of 120 g each
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients for the crust:
50 g of breadcrumbs
50 g of butter
1 tablespoon mustard
Put in a bowl the olive oil, salt and pepper and whisk with a fork, adding flavor to passateci fillets and brown in a frying pan, turn off the heat and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare the crust: In a bowl mix bread crumbs, melted butter, mustard and stir, passateci fillets on both sides and finish them off to bake in a pan with a knob of butter over low heat. Serve into 4 serving plates accompanied by a timbale of potatoes.
