- 4 slices of yellow bell peppers
- 2 zucchini
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ladle of water
- salt
Preparazione:
Wash vegetables, peel the carrots, cut into diamond, and let them jump into a frying pan with a little olive oil for 5 minutes, add a ladle of water, finish cooking for another 5 minutes. Season with salt.
