- 4 fillets of tuna
- 2 white onions
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparazione:
Peel onions, cut into thin slices, toss in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add you to this point a tablespoon of sugar, blended with a little ‘white vinegar and finish adding the rest of the vinegar and white cook for another 5/6 minutes.
Blanch in another pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil the tuna steaks about two minutes per side, remove them from the heat and serving them with scaloppateli composed of white onions.
