- 4 soles
- 2 carrots
- 2 zucchini
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparazione:
Filleted soles, clean carrots and zucchini, cut into julienne strips and sauté in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
The sauteed vegetables you put them inside of each fillet of sole and arrotolerete infornerete on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
