- 320 g of brown rice
- 1.5 l of vegetable broth
- 200g of sausage
- 150 grams of salad Treviso
- 50 g of butter
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
Toast the rice in a pan, add the vegetable broth and in Treviso the meantime, wash, dry with absorbent kitchen paper and cut it into thin strips, take the sausage, gutted them and make it the release it into chunks, add the sausage rice with half of Treviso and continue cooking, stirring the rice by combining all the broth and add salt. When cooked (about 30 minutes), turn off the heat and stir in butter.
Take 4 serving plates, place a scoop of rice, the dish decorated with a julienne of Treviso and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
This no fried rice is very soft and very digestible.
