Sedanini fondue pepper

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 320 grams of pasta type sedanini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper



Toast the peppers by placing them in the oven to 180 degrees whole, until the skin will be covered with boils, put them in a paper bag for the bread and let stand for about 10 minutes, remove the skin and seeds, rinse them under running water, drain and cut into strips.

Heat a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, add chopped shallots and clean, let it dry and add the fillets of red pepper and the cream, salt, add ½ cup of warm water and cook over low heat for 20 minutes . Blend the peppers, putting some of the 2 color to decorate, to obtain a smooth cream, add the grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile sedanini cook in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and season with pepper fondue. Divide the dough into 4 individual plates and decorated with fillets of pepper set aside.
