Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 zucchini
- 12 zucchini flowers
- 1 cup of flour “00”
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of sparkling water cooler refrigerator
- sunflower seed oil
Take the flowers, open it gently, then remove the pistil inside and clean with a damp cloth, cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices, then cut it into strips.
Prepare the batter hours: Take a bowl, put an egg, whisk with cold soda water, add flour and stir again.
Dip the flowers and zucchini in the batter and fry in a pan where you have very well heated oil seeds. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with an aperitif.
