Puree of white beans and shrimp arbanella

Ingredients for 4 arbanelle:

  • 400 grams of beans
  • 1 onion
  • 4 shrimp
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

 

Preparazione:

 

Soak the beans the night before and let them boil for about 40 minutes and drain them, if you only use the canned beans.

Clean the shrimp and set aside their heads, peel the onion, cut into small cubes and brown it in a pan, when it is browned, add the beans and the heads of the prawns and cook for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper , at which point raised heads, blend the beans and pass it to the mixture passes vegetables to completely eliminate the skins.

With this pass, and homogeneous fluid filled jars for 2/3, add the raw shrimp that have been cleaned and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
