Queens with shrimp, zucchini and zucchini flowers

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 320 grams of queens pasta
  • 400 grams of prawns
  • 3 zucchini clear
  • 8 zucchini flowers
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprinkle of red pepper to taste
  • salt



Wash the prawns, shell them recorded with the kitchen scissors, hold the tails from the heads and brown with the chopped carrot, celery and onion, add ½ cup water and cook for 30 minutes to form a comic shrimp.

Wash the zucchini, Check this box, and cut into julienne strips, plunge in a pan with hot olive oil and sauté briefly, add the tails of chopped scapes, clean the zucchini flowers, pistils removed the center and cut into strips.

Pour the zucchini soup with shrimp, add the salt and flowers. Cook the queens in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and toss with zucchini and shrimp and serve don a sprinkling of pepper to taste.
